She has developed programs in partnership with Fortune 500 companies to drive impact and has served as an advisor on projects with billion dollar+ valuations with oversight of assets. Elishia currently serves as an advisor and coach to brands globally.
An entrepreneur herself, Elishia is the founder of EST Global LLC, a strategic advisory and coaching firm as well as 320 EST LLC. She leverages these entities to drive impact and promote the creation and growth of dream inspired enterprises.
